Conservancy Services at PNS Siddiq Turbat

The Pakistan Navy is inviting bids for conservancy services at PNS Siddiq located in Turbat, Balochistan. This procurement is specifically for the maintenance and cleaning of the PNS Siddiq area of responsibility for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes collection of garbage from all kachra kundies, buildings, blocks, barracks, and wardroom on a weekly basis using hydraulic dumpers or compactors not older than five years. Additionally, the contract covers provision of pesticides for thermal fogger fumigation on a monthly basis, supply of 500 garbage bags monthly to various departments, sprinkling of lime powder and whitewash for eight kachra kundies monthly, and provision of four dumpers of sweet soil per month. The contractor must also provide eight medically fit laborers daily from 0800 to 1600 hours for cleaning activities and supply 500 forever plants monthly for beautification. Bidders must be well reputed, Pakistan Navy registered, security cleared, and GST registered firms or contractors. Financially sound parties with relevant experience are encouraged to participate. The tender follows a single stage two envelopes system where technical bids will be opened first and evaluated for capability. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Earnest money in the form of a bank draft or pay order at 2% of the total bid value is required, payable to the Commanding Officer PNS Siddiq. Cheques are not accepted. The contract duration is from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. The last date for bid submission is 15 June 2026 by 11:00 hours, with technical bids opening at 11:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. For detailed tender documents, a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 is payable at the office between 0900 and 1300 hours before 15 June 2026.
