Conservation of Critical Habitats of Reptiles at Western Balochistan Region

The Conservator of Forest Rakshan Division at Kharan invites bids for the execution of works titled Conservation of Critical Habitats of Reptiles at Western Balochistan region for the fiscal year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Conservation of Critical Habitats of Reptiles at Western Balochistan region The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed at least 1 assignment of similar nature with a minimum turnover of PKR 21,000,000 in the last 3 years and possess PEC Category C-5 or above (up to 65 million). Work will be carried out as per budget allocation from competent authority and in consultation with local officials and community. The office reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the tender if budget is not allocated. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
