The DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad invites pre-qualification and bidding from firms and contractors enlisted with MES for various construction and consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Items being procured: - Construction, Provision, and Installation of Certain Residential and Non Residential Services and Facilities at DCI Islamabad - Consultancy Services (Design and RE Supervision) for Certain Works at DCI Islamabad The bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors. Applications will be received from 25 Sep 2026 onward until 08 Oct 2026. Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad up till 1230 hrs on 09 Oct 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1400 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives of firms.
