Construction of 12 Inch Diameter High Pressure Natural Gas Pipelines through HDD Mode for CRBC Canal Crossing in D.I. Khan and Lakki

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Pakistan's largest integrated natural gas public sector utility, invites bids for the construction of 12 inch diameter high pressure natural gas pipelines using HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) mode. The project involves laying 2 high pressure pipelines of 12 inches diameter and 103 kilometers length crossing CRBC Canal in D.I. Khan and Gambella Nullah in Lakki, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The scope includes en-route construction of these pipelines with HDD machine capacity minimum 300 tons. Interested contractors, firms, or joint ventures with relevant experience in HDD crossings are invited to submit sealed proposals on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis, containing a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal. Technical proposals will be opened publicly at 1430 hours the same day. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bidders must provide a bid bond of Rs. 0.5 Million valid for 120 days from tender opening. This tender requires firms with adequate capability to undertake HDD jobs.
