Construction of 132 kV Lillah Grid Station under IESCO MultiYear Tariff

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the construction of the 132 kV Lillah Grid Station under the IESCO MultiYear Tariff for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned with an estimated cost of **Rs. 140,965,563/- including PST** and will be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building, bridges and other structures including dag belling, dressing, refilling with excavated material - Providing sub base course of pit run gravel - Cement concrete plain in various ratios - Erection and removal of centring for RCC or PCC work - Damp proof courses - Carriage of materials by truck - Earth work compaction and refilling - Reinforced cement concrete work and steel reinforcement - Supply and fixing of various electrical and civil works materials including cable trays, earth strips, plastering, brick work, flooring, doors, windows, wiring, fans, exhaust fans, distribution boards, lighting, plumbing fixtures, water tanks, fire fighting equipment, furniture, tools and plants - Environmental and social mitigation measures including water and air quality monitoring, noise testing, waste management, and tree plantation The scope includes construction of control house building, electrical equipment foundations, transformer way, switchyard fence, cable trenches, and related infrastructure at the 132 kV Grid Station Lillah. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with Category C-4 Specialization Code CE-10 & EE-05, have valid FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate relevant experience including at least two contracts of similar nature within the last 10 years with aggregate value of Rs. 121 Million. Technical staff and equipment requirements are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by **September 28, 2026 at 11:10 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must be submitted in original to the Head Office, IESCO, Islamabad before bid opening.
