Construction of 2x2 & 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes for External Electrification of CDA Sector E-12 Islamabad Part-III

The Village Electrification wing of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the construction of 2x2 and 2x3 duct lines with manholes for the external electrification of Capital Development Authority (CDA) Sector E-12 Islamabad Part-III. This project is to be executed according to IESCO specifications under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The procurement is for civil works involving excavation, laying of AC pipes, RCC pipelines, cement concrete works, brickwork, plastering, centring for RCC, reinforced cement concrete, and reinforcement fabrication. Items being procured: - Earth work excavation in very hard soil (1223 Cum) - Earth work excavation in hard soil (1000 Cum) - Providing & laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia and 7mm wall thickness including rubber joints (3300 Mtr) - Providing, lowering & laying into trenches & jointing RCC cement concrete reinforced pipeline 150 mm I/dia (1800 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (13 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:3:6 (174 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (243 Cum) - Brickwork other than building including striking of joints up to 3.00 Mtr height (103 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) upto 1st floor height 13 mm (290 Sqm) - Erection & removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work vertical (1440 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work in roof slabs, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (54 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC (7003 Kg) - M/S Angles (0.725 Ton) The scope includes all civil works necessary for the duct line construction with manholes as per IESCO standards. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 and have valid registrations with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is mandatory. Financial capacity and audited turnover reports for the last three years are required.
