Construction of 4th Bedroom at NUST Villa -12 Sector H-12 Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring construction services for the addition of a 4th bedroom at NUST Villa -12 located at the NUST Campus Sector H-12. This project involves civil works including demolition of existing walls and RCC slabs, brickwork, plastering, RCC works, reinforcement fixing, painting, woodwork, flooring with tiles and marble, plumbing and sanitary fittings, electrical wiring and fixtures, and waterproofing.
