Construction of 4x4 & 2x2 Duct Line for Shifting of HT/LT Lines from Grill-9 to Allied School (Part-M)

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Village Electrification division is procuring construction services for the development of 4x4 and 2x2 duct lines to facilitate the shifting of HT/LT lines from Grill-9 to Allied School (Part-M) in Islamabad. This project falls under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad and is planned for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes the construction of duct lines with manholes, transformer plinths, pacca crossings for HT/LT cables, and laying of HT/LT cables as per WAPDA/IESCO specifications. Firms must also be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status, provide a fresh bank statement showing balance up to 25% of the BOQ cost, and have filed income tax returns for FY 2024-25. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is required. Joint ventures are allowed with specific conditions including joint bank accounts and registration on EPADS.
