Construction of 4x4 & 2x2 Duct Line for Shifting of Service at Margalla Avenue Extension Project Near Sangjani 220/132 KV Grid Station

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of 4x4 and 2x2 duct lines with manholes for shifting of electrical service at the Margalla Avenue Extension Project near Sangjani 220/132 KV Grid Station, sponsored by CDA. This project is under the jurisdiction of R.E.D No-I IESCO Taxila and is part of the permanent arrangement (Part-II). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with a contract value of Rs. 26,029,474/-. Items being procured: - Earth work excavation in very hard soil (100 Cum) - Earth work excavation in hard soil (100 Cum) - Earth work excavation in shingle and gravel formation (1230 Cum) - Dismantling and removing road metling (200 Cum) - Pouring and laying into trenches & jointing (RCC) (122 Mtrs) - Pouring and laying into trenches & jointing (ACC) (6300 Mtrs) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (58 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (10 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:3:6 (210 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (340 Cum) - Erection & removing of concreting for RCC (890 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work (180 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement (29960 KG) - M/S Angles (805 KG) The scope includes construction of duct lines with manholes, earthworks, concrete works, dismantling, and reinforcement fabrication as per WAPDA/IESCO SDI specifications. The site is located near Sangjani 220/132 KV Grid Station, Taxila. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registration with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. Bidders should have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations and demonstrate financial capability with a fresh bank statement showing balance up to 25% of BOQ cost. Income tax returns for FY 2025-26 and audited financial statements for the last three years are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, August 31, 2026, at 09:30 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft must be submitted in original before bid opening. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
