Construction of Additional Facilities in National Police Academy Sector H-11 Islamabad (Obstacles and Tracks at School of Tactics cum National Police University)

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Special Project Division-I invites well reputed and PEC-registered firms to participate in the procurement of works for the construction of additional facilities in the National Police Academy, Sector H-11, Islamabad. The specific scope of work includes the construction of obstacles and tracks at the School of Tactics cum National Police University, as detailed in the bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Items being procured: - Construction of Obstacles and Tracks at School of Tactics cum National Police University, Sector H-11, Islamabad (NIT Amount: Rs. 45,801,613/-; Bid Security: Rs. 1,374,048/-) The technical scope covers civil works for new training infrastructure, including specialized obstacle courses and tactical tracks designed for police training and academic use. All works must comply with the specifications and requirements outlined in the EPADS bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and possess a valid registration certificate. Submission of a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or a bid securing declaration is mandatory as per the format in the bidding documents. E-bidding will be conducted using the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All interested bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by 11:30 AM on Tuesday, 25 August 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM using the EPADS system.
