Construction of Additional Facilities at National Police Academy Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites bids for the construction of additional facilities at the National Police Academy (NPA), H-11, Islamabad. This project includes three distinct works at the School of Tactics cum National Police University. Items being procured: - Landscaping of Obstacles Track - Construction of Obstacles & Track - Construction of Rappelling Tower These works involve civil construction and landscaping at the NPA campus, requiring experienced contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with valid registration certificates and project codes for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be well reputed and capable of proving their eligibility and qualifications as per the bidding documents. The bidding documents are available electronically on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be submitted online by 24th July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of DD (SPD-I), CDA is mandatory and must be uploaded in PDF format on EPADS, with the original submitted to the Director (Special Project), CDA office.
