Construction of Allied Infrastructure at Multiple Landing Sites in Gwadar and Lasbela Districts

The Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan, invites bids for the construction of allied infrastructure under the Community Procurement framework for the Gwadar-Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project – Phase II (GLLSP-II). Each site has an estimated cost of Rs. 17.84 million. Bidders must prepare their technical and financial bids in compliance with IFAD Procurement Guidelines, emphasizing the Lowest Evaluated Price method. The project demands contractors with relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration, along with proven experience in similar infrastructure projects. The bid submission deadline is set for Wednesday, 22 July 2026, with bids to be delivered to PIU GLLSP II offices located at New Town Phase 1, main Airport Road Gwadar for Gwadar district works, and House #3 Roonjha Colony main RCD Road Uthal for Lasbela district works. Bids will be opened on the same day as per the schedule provided for each site. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the Earnest Money Deposit (Bid Security) of PKR 400,000 is prepared and submitted as per the instructions. Late submissions will not be entertained, so timely delivery is crucial.
