Construction of Allied Infrastructure under Community Procurement in Gwadar and Lasbela

The Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan, invites bids for the construction of allied infrastructure under the Community Procurement Assignment for the Gwadar-Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project – Phase II (GLLSP-II). Gwadar - Construction of Allied Infrastructure at Bhundarwari Jetty Landing Site, Dist. Lasbela Each site has an estimated cost of Rs. 17.840 Million with a bid security of PKR 400,000 for Kalmat Landing Site. The scope includes all allied infrastructure and related works at the designated cooperative landing sites. The project will be executed under the community procurement manual of IFAD, ensuring compliance with the lowest evaluated price method. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in similar civil works projects.
