Construction of Auditorium and Mosque and Special Maintenance Works on N-5 by National Highway Authority Punjab-North

National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-North Region invites experienced and registered constructors to submit e-Bids for multiple construction and maintenance projects in Lahore and along the N-5 highway near Lala Musa. The main project includes the construction of an auditorium and mosque inside the premises of the NHA Zonal Office Lahore. Additionally, there are three special maintenance works on the N-5 highway involving repair and maintenance of two existing overhead steel bridges, repair of the service road, and construction of a fence barrier (New Jersey Barrier) at specified kilometers. Items being procured: - Construction of Auditorium and Mosque inside NHA Zonal Office Lahore premises - Repair/Maintenance of 02 existing overhead steel bridges at KM 1396 to 1399 (Lala Musa) on N-5 - Repair/Maintenance of service road at KM 1395 to 1399 on N-5 - Construction of fence barrier (New Jersey Barrier) at KM 1396 to 1397 on N-5 The projects require contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant categories (C-4 & Above for auditorium and mosque, C-5 & Above for maintenance works). Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. A bid security of 2% of the engineer's estimate is required in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit).
