Construction of BHU Building at Gabun District Kech

The CWPP&H Department District Kech (Turbat) invites sealed percentage tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan (G.O.B) amended up-to-date from interested Government Contractors/Firms who renew for the year 2027. The tender is for the construction of BHU Building at Gabun District Kech with an estimated cost of Rs. 33,631,682. Items being procured: - Construction of BHU Building at Gabun District Kech Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014 amended up to date. Eligibility of bidders requires assignments of one similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least 5,000,000 PKR in 5 subsequent previous years, presence in active taxpayer list, and the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any authority of Pakistan. Submission of required bidding documents fee to Balochistan Revenue Authority and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council is mandatory. The bidding procedure is Single Stage One Envelope. Bid security must accompany the bids in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the bid amount in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department District Kech from the date of publication of NIT to 6th October 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date of bid submission is 6th October 2026 by 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 1:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department District Kech.
