Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Panjgur invites eligible bidders for the execution of important road construction works for the year 2026. This tender is specifically for the construction of three key infrastructure projects in Panjgur, Balochistan, aimed at improving local connectivity and transport efficiency.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Bitumen Road from Shaikh Abdul Wahid Masjid to Chitkan Qabristan, Panjgur PSDP No. 1189/Z2026.0161
- Construction of Black Top Link Road to Sordo (1.55 KM), Panjgur PSDP No. 1206/Z2026.0541
- Construction of 8 Cell Box Culvert at Bonistan, Panjgur
These works involve civil construction including road laying, black topping, and culvert construction using composite schedule rates based on percentage ratios for 2026. The projects require experienced contractors with PEC registration and a proven track record of completing at least two similar projects costing 60% or more of the estimated cost within the last five years. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted or debarred by any procurement authority. The bid security is 3% of the estimated cost, to be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
