Construction of Black Top Road from Jangle Road to Kootan District Kharan

The CW PP&H Department District Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of road construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Black Top Road from Jangle Road to Kootan District Kharan This project involves the construction of a black top road connecting Jangle Road to Kootan in District Kharan. The work is to be carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rule-2014. The scope includes all necessary civil works related to road construction, drainage, pavements, and retaining structures as per the specialized code CE01(i) for Road & Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above (up to 500 Million) with relevant specialization. Firms must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Bidders must have completed at least three similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 208,952,799 in the last two years. Submission of a Blacklisting certificate and judicial stamp paper declaration is mandatory. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope bidding.
