Items being procured: - Construction of Black Top Roads at Different Locations in District Loralai including PSDP No.1209 22026.0817 (Rs. 57,712,065/-) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Black Top Road Haji Mian Pann Manzo to Killi Kamti District Loralai PSOP No.1205 22026.0536 (Rs. 99,503,058/-) - Construction of Black Top Road Minara Khurd District Loralai PSOP No.1294 22026.0821 (Rs. 34,826,151/-) - Construction of Black Top Road from Leghari Dam to Bergunoo District Loralai PSOP No.1291 22026.0816 (Rs. 85,572,333/-) - Construction of Black Top Road Kach Armakzi Main Kill District Loralai PSOP No.1292 22026.0819 (Rs. 35,821,159/-) - Construction of Black Top Road from N-70 to killi Bilal Khan Abdul Rahimzai Kach Armakzi (PH)-I District Loralai PSOP No.1460 22026.3599 (Rs. 35,021,978/-) The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rule-2014. Eligibility of bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer list. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any Procuring Agency of Pakistan. Baluchistan Revenue Authority Registration is required. The bidder must have completed 2 Assignments of similar nature of works. Turnover of at least Rs. 50.0+ Rs. 40.398,459+ Rs. 22.0+ Rs. 69,652,140/- S.No.3 Rs.0.24,378,305/- S.No.4- Rs. 59,900,631+ and S.No.5- Rs. 25,074,811+. PEC required: C-4 and above (revised) with financial capacity of Rs. 9.0+ million. Bid security: 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR/FDR/Bank Guarantee. Bid submission: Single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bids must accompany bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 3% specified above in the name of undersigned from a scheduled bank.
