Construction of Black Topping and Box Culverts on Farm to Market Roads in District Kharan for FY 2026-27

The Communication Works PP&H Department District Kharan invites bids from eligible contractors for the execution of multiple road construction works for the fiscal year 2026-27. These works involve the construction of black topping and box culverts on various farm to market roads across District Kharan, enhancing connectivity and infrastructure in the region. Items being procured: - Construction of 03 Cell Box Culvert at Killi Chibbi District Kharan (Rs. 8,330,879) - Construction of Black Top Road from CPEC to Shaheed Abad Daho-II District Kharan (Rs. 29,244,466) - Construction of Box Culverts at Kocho Loop District Kharan (Rs. 3,570,418) - Construction of Black Top Road and Box Culvert at Narronki District Kharan (Rs. 14,556,494) - Construction of BT Road from Sahayan-II to Killi H Shahbeer Ahmed Shah District Kharan (Rs. 23,322,996) The scope includes black topping of roads and construction of box culverts at specified locations within District Kharan. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above with a specialization code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and CE01(i) for Road & Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Firms must be active taxpayers and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Experience of completing similar assignments with turnovers ranging from PKR 2,499,292 to PKR 20,471,126 in the last two years is required. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rule-2014 under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. The last date for submission of bids is 10 September 2026 by 10:00 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer Roads, Communication Works PP&H Department Kharan.
