The CW PP&H Department District Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Black Top Road from Gazzi to Jamak Phase-II District Kharan - Construction of Black Top Road from Killi Trati to Bangulzai Cross Via Killi Pindokzai District Kharan - Construction of BT Road from Killi Purpet to Killi Rahdeeh-II District Kharan - Construction of Black Top Road from Killi Syed Shah Ahmed Noroz Abad to TT Road District Kharan The scope includes black topping of various farm to market roads in District Kharan. The works require experienced contractors with PEC registration in relevant categories and specialized codes CE01(1) for Road & Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, and have completed at least three similar nature assignments. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory.
