Construction of Blacktop Roads and Flood Irrigation Channels in Balochistan

The Livelihood Promotion Programme invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of several construction works in Balochistan for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Blacktop Road from Gazain Wadh to Shamool - Construction of Blacktop Road from Qalandari to Killi Ramain - Extension of Tangwani Flood Irrigation Channel - Lining of Morunj Flood Irrigation Channel These works involve road construction and flood irrigation channel development, requiring specialized civil engineering skills and materials suitable for the local terrain and climate. The projects are scheduled for completion by 30th June 2027 from the start date. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Taxpayer List, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and specialized code. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan and should demonstrate financial capacity and relevant experience. Earnest money of 2% in the form of CDR or bank guarantee is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard by 18th September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Office of The PD LPP.
