Construction of Border Terminal and Blacktop Main Badini Road, District Killa Saifullah

The Balochistan Development Authority invites eligible contractors to submit electronic bids for a major civil engineering project in District Killa Saifullah, Balochistan. The work is to be executed on percentage rates based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 and will be procured under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility includes active taxpayer status, registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, a minimum turnover of **PKR 6,000,000,000** during three subsequent previous years, and no blacklisting or disqualifying litigation.
