The Department Loralai Division invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a boundary wall at Loralai for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Boundary Wall at Loralai The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be present on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-5 or above is mandatory. The bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 17,633,973 in the last year, showing financial capacity. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bid security of 3% in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit, or Call is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 2,000. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication until 07 September 2026 during office hours. Bids must be submitted by 07 September 2026 till 09:00 AM.
