Construction of Boundary Walls of Civil Dispensary at Heera, Kakhaow and Barakwalaat District Zhob and Rehabilitation of Irfan Kasi Stadium District Zhob

The Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department District Zhob invites sealed tenders for the execution of various development works under the scheme from eligible contractors/firms. Bidders must provide a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit (Refundable). The non-refundable Tender Form Fee is Rs. 1500 for each tender, payable at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan Province through Green Bank Challan in a head of account (C02716) verified by the District Accounts Officer. Items being procured: - Construction of boundary walls of Civil Dispensary at Heera, Kakhaow and Barakwalaat District Zhob (Estimated Cost Rs. 10,000,000) - Rehabilitation of Irfan Kasi Stadium District Zhob (Estimated Cost Rs. 30,000,000) The scope includes construction and rehabilitation works at specified sites in District Zhob. Eligible bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders should have completed at least 3 similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR amount in 3 subsequent previous years, showing financial capacity of the firm. Similar assignments must be 70% of the total amount of bid cost. Completed assignments must be supported by duly paid challan for tender fee. Bidders shall upload CDR Bid Security with their bids. The Bid Security must be 2% in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPR website. The bid validity period is 90 days from the issuance of tender documents. The last date for bid submission is 08-09-2026 by 11:00 AM sharp at the office of the undersigned. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Zhob. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
