Tender Description
The Irrigation Division Dasht Mirani invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the construction of two agricultural bunds in Dasht District Kech, Balochistan. The works include the Construction of Bramsh Zamindar Bund for Agriculture Purpose and Construction of Koh-E-Daghar Bahand Zamindar Bund for Agriculture and Domestic Purpose. Both projects are based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates for the financial year 2026.

The scope involves civil construction works for bunds to support agricultural and domestic water needs. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Experience of at least one similar assignment with a turnover of at least PKR 24,500,000 in the last two years is mandatory.
Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and viewed online. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard only.
The last date for bid submission is **03 September 2026 till 11:00 AM**. Tender opening will be held on the same day at **12:00 PM** via the EPPS system. Submission and opening will be managed by the Irrigation Division Dasht Mirani Office, Turbat.
