Construction of Bridge and Roads at Kakar Town Ahmed Abad near Baleli Quetta

The Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Bridge and Roads at Kakar Town Ahmed Abad near Baleli Quetta (Estimated Cost Rs. 246,304,416) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders includes presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency including Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration is required. The bidder must have completed 1 assignment of similar nature of work with a turnover of at least Rs. 172,413,091 PKR and 1 subsequent previous year showing financial capacity. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (Upto 500 million) in Relevant Category and Specialized Code is CE02(i) (Bridge Structures). Affidavit confirming no conflict, no current blacklisting/debarment, major litigation, non-performance in last 5 years, or failure to sign contract is mandatory. Any prior blacklisting/debarment and restoration must be disclosed with details. The bidder must have completed at least 2 similar projects in the last 5 years, each project with at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
