Construction of BT Road Loi Band and Kajeer District Killasaifullah PSDP No.1431

The Public Works Department (PWD) Balochistan invites bids for the construction of BT Road Loi Band and Kajeer in District Killa Saifullah under PSDP No.1431 (22026.3252) with an estimated cost of Rs. 39,801,000. The tender fee is Rs. 1500 PKR and a bid security of 3% is required. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road Loi Band - Construction of BT Road Kajeer The project falls under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of at least Rs. 27,860,700. PEC category C-5 and above up to 65 million is required. Specialized Code is CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must be blacklisted free and comply with all financial and legal requirements. The audit will be conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and a certificate of audit is mandatory. The bid security must accompany the bid in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PBPRA e-procurement portal at www.bppra.gob.pk by 17 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Tender opening will be the same day at 11:30 AM on EPPS System.
