Tender Description
The CWPP&H Department District Ziarat invites eligible bidders for the construction of a blacktop (B/T) road from Mana to Poi in District Ziarat for the year 2026. This procurement is based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured:
- Construction of B/T Road from Mana to Poi District Ziarat
The project involves road construction works under the supervision of the Executive Engineer-I Provincial B&R District Ziarat. The scope includes all necessary civil works to complete the road construction as per the specified standards and rates. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and have completed at least three similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 1,000,000,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. The bidder must submit an original hard copy of the CDR within 36 hours after bid closing to the Executive Engineer Roads Ziarat office. Failure to submit on time will render the bid non-responsive. A tender fee of Rs. 10,000 and bid security of 4% are required.
Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, and submission of affidavits attested by a Notary Public/Oath Commissioner declaring no litigation or blacklisting. Valid certificates from BRA and FBR/RTO confirming no recoverable tax demand are mandatory. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and viewed online. The last date for electronic bid submission is **20 October 2026 till 10:00 AM** via the supplier dashboard.
