Construction of B/T Road from Main Manzai Road to Nakar at District Duki Phase-I

The CW, PP&H Department, District Duki invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a B/T Road from Main Manzai Road to Nakar at District Duki Phase-I for the year 2026. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Items being procured: - Construction of B/T Road from Main Manzai Road to Nakar at District Duki Phase-I The bidding firm must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 35,000,000 in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity. A green challan CDR, affidavit for non-blacklisting, no pending litigation, non-performance, and conflict of interest duly attested are mandatory. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% of the bid amount in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 15 September 2026 till 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM on EPPS System. Bidders are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria and ensure timely electronic submission to avoid disqualification.
