Tender Description
The Local Government Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured:
- Construction of BT Road Sewerage Line Drain
- Installation of Solar Street Light at Pashtoonabad
- Installation of Solar Street Light at Samungli Scheme
- Installation of Solar Street Light at Kalat Street Deba Quetta
The project involves construction and installation works including sewerage line drainage and solar street lighting with poles at specified locations in Quetta. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 173,271,791 in the last 3 years. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding.
