Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Dukki invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for construction works in District Dukki for the year 2026. The procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered with BPPRA and the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. The works include construction and rehabilitation of BT roads and drainage systems based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates.

- Construction of BT from Main Nasarabad road to Killi Dotani Nasar (2.00 KM)
- Construction of BT Road side drain from FC Road to Gird station to Election Commission office at Marri abad Duki, link Road from Nana Sahib Ziarat To Eastern Bypass including drain and sewerage system (1.5 KM)
- Construction of BT Road remaining portion, college road remaining portion, Qari Ghsfar Madrasa Road to FC Girls School & Futsal ground to Mines RD including Drain and Sewerage system (1km)
- Construction of BT Road Rehabilitation of BT Road from Killi Raz Muhammad Tareen to Haleem Shah Karez Thal Chutyali (4.5 KM)
- Construction of BT Road & Side Drain at Nana Sahib Ziarat (1.13 KM)
The scope covers road construction, drainage, and sewerage systems in various locations within Dukki. Bidders must have a turnover of at least PKR 39,200,000 and provide a Green Challan CDR and affidavit for conflict of interest. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM on EPPS System.
