Tender Description
The Public Works Department Balochistan invites eligible bidders for construction works in District Dukki for the fiscal year 2026. The works are based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. Items being procured:
- Construction of BT from Main Nasarabad road to Killi Dotani Nasar (2.00 KM)
- Construction of BT Road side drain from FC Road to Gird station to Election Commission office at Marri abad Duki, link Road from Nana Sahib Ziarat To Eastern Bypass including drain and sewerage system (1.5 KM)
- Construction of BT Road remaining portion, college road remaining portion, Qari Ghsar Madrasa Road to FC Girls School & Futsal ground to Mines RD including Drain and Sewerage system (1km)
- Construction of BT Road Rehabilitation of BT Road from Killi Raz Muhammad Tareen to Haleem Shah Karez Thal Chutiyali (4.5 KM)
- Construction of BT Road & Side Drain at Nana Sahib Ziarat (1.13 KM)
The technical scope includes road construction, drainage, and sewerage system works on various roads and locations within District Dukki. The procurement follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and registered with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Experience of at least 3 similar assignments with a turnover of minimum PKR 39,200,000 is required. Bid security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted via bank guarantee or deposit call. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope.
Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
