Construction of BT Roads and RCC Culverts in District Killa Saifullah under Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase-III 2026-27

The Provincial B&R Department of District Killa Saifullah invites sealed bids from eligible, registered, and experienced contractors/firms for the execution of multiple road construction works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI) Phase-III for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026 on a percentage rate basis. The works are to be executed in various locations within District Killa Saifullah, ensuring compliance with the CSR 2026 standards. The scale of work is significant with estimated costs around PKR 29.85 million for most roads and PKR 14.92 million for culverts. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 and above for most works, and Category C-6 and above for specialized works under code CE01-01 (Roads and Pavements, Drainage & Retaining Structures). Firms must be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR and not blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Bidders should have completed at least two similar assignments and demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least 70% of the estimated cost in the last three financial years.
