The Conservator of Forest, Naseerabad invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of BT roads in various villages of Sharqi Loni, Narhan, Zarkun, Kolakan, Noray Killi, Faqirzae etc. This procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require presence in the Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-5 and above (up to 65 million). The bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 20,895,000 in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity. The work involves road and pavements drainage and retaining structure as per specialized code C6 (11), CE01-(i).
