Construction of B/Top Road from Bus Terminal to Ziarat Sharif Turbat District Kech

The Public Works Department District Kech invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates with Earnest Money 2% and Tender Fee 2000/-. Items being procured: - Construction of B/Top Road from Bus Terminal to Ziarat Sharif Turbat District Kech The project involves construction of a bituminous top road covering a turn over of at least 20,890,672 PKR amount in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. The work includes general civil engineering works, road and pavements drainage, and retaining structure as per PEC C-5 and above (upto 65 million) with specialized codes CE10(i) and CE01-(i). Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and have valid registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature.
