The site is located in Ghotki city and the contract duration is 24 months from the written order to commence. The contractor must comply with PWD/PHE specifications and bring materials from approved quarries. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% cost, valid PEC license, audited financial reports for last five years, bank statements, and bid security of 5%.
