Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Bilal Masjid Ward 7 MC Ghotki, Sindh. This procurement is managed by the Municipal Committee Ghotki and is open to qualified contractors with relevant experience and registrations. Items being procured:
- Excavation in foundation of building, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (677.50 P.Cft)
- Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (338.75 P.Cft)
- Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to design profile (125.00 P.Rft Type I and 125.00 P.Rft Type II B)
- Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (468.75 P.Cft)
- Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' to 20 ft height, 1/2" thick (750.00 P.Sft)
- R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (61.97 P.Cft)
- Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastening (2.48967 P-Cwt)
- Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (7000.0 P.Cft)
- Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (1750.0 P.%Cft)
- Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (595.0 P.%Cft)
- Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm (3500.0 P.Sft)
- Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (181.9 P.Cft)
The technical scope includes all civil works related to construction of CC paver and surface drains as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located at Bilal Masjid Ward 7, Ghotki. The contract period is 24 months with a penalty of 0.35% of estimated cost per day of delay. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, valid tax registrations, bank statements, audited financial reports, and bid security of 5%. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically on EPADS and deliver original tender fee and bid security before the deadline.
