Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain from Blood Bank to Ali Gohar Soomro House to Ghulam Soomro Kalwar House

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain from Blood Bank to Ali Gohar Soomro House to Ghulam Soomro Kalwar House in Ghotki, Sindh. This procurement is for civil works involving construction and surface drainage improvements. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (677.50 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (338.75 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to design profile including cost of mould and floating coat of cement (125.00 P.Rft Type I and 135.00 P.Rft Type II) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (468.75 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' to 20' height, 1/2" thick (750.00 P.Sft) - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (126.44 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastening (5.08034 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (5000.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge with hand packing and compacting (1250.0 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (425.0 P.%Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197x97x60 mm with natural colours and strength 5000-8500 PSI (2500.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (181.9 P.Cft) The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, RCC, steel reinforcement fabrication, earth filling, sub-base preparation, and paving block installation. The site is located in Ghotki and the contract duration is 24 months. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration, FBR and SRB active tax status, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, audited financial reports, bank statements, and bid security of 5%. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically via EPADS and deliver original bid security and tender fee before the deadline.
