Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Aftab Ahmed Lakho House Street Ward No.06 MC Ghotki

This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Aftab Ahmed Lakho house street ward No.06 under the Municipal Committee Ghotki in Sindh. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (542 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (271 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to design profile (100 P.Rft Type I and 100 P.Rft Type II) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (375 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' to 20' height, 1/2" thick (600 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (76.46 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastenings (3.07197 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (3200 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (800 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (272 P.%Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197x97x60 mm with natural colours (1600 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (146.3 P.Cft) The technical scope covers excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, and paving block installation. The site is located at ward No.06 MC Ghotki and the contract duration is 24 months. All works must comply with PWD/PHE specifications and relevant standards. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, audited financial statements showing turnover equivalent to bid cost, and submission of bid security at 5%.
