Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Dr Diwan House Street Ward 7 MC Ghotki

Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (623.30 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (311.65 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to design profile (115.00 P.Rft Type I and II) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (431.25 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' to 20' height, 1/2" thick (690.00 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (72.47 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastenings (2.91154 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (5000.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2" to 2" gauge (1250.0 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (425.0 P.%Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours (2500.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (171.8 P.Cft) The technical scope includes all civil works as per PWD/PHE specifications, with materials sourced from approved quarries. The site is at Dr Diwan House Street Ward 7, Ghotki. The project requires experienced contractors with PEC registration, valid NTN and SRB registration, and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Eligibility criteria include completion of at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, audited financial reports for last five years, bank statements, and technical staff with PEC licenses. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, submitted as pay order or call deposit. The bid validity period is 90 days.
