Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Hafiz Abdul Basit to Girls Degree College Road Ghotki

Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling with excavated earth (406.50 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (203.25 P.Cft) - Construction of standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) Type I (A) and Type II B (75.00 P.Rft each) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (281.25 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' to 20' height, 1/2" thick (450.00 P.Sft) - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (105.44 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints (4.23659 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (3900.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course with stone metal 1-1/2" to 2" gauge (975.0 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (331.5 P.%Cft) - Cement paving blocks flooring 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours (1950.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (109.5 P.Cft) The technical scope covers all civil construction activities including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, steel reinforcement fabrication, and paving block installation. The site is located at Girls Degree College Road, Ghotki, Sindh, and the contract duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), active NTN and Sales Tax registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and relevant experience with at least one similar nature work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each completed in the last five years. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last five years, bank statements for the last three years, and provide bid security of 5% of the estimated cost.
