The site is in Ghotki and the work must be completed within 24 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% estimated cost, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last 5 years, and submission of 5% bid security.
