The site is located in Ghotki, Sindh. The contract duration is 24 months with a penalty of 0.35% of estimated cost per day of delay, capped at 10%. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and must be submitted in the form of pay order, call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank.
