Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Aijaz Waso House Street near Aftab Colony Ward 4 MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Aijaz Waso House Street near Aftab Colony Ward 4 MC Ghotki. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dressing and refilling (948.50 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (474.25 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (175.00 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (656.25 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height, 1/2" thick (1050.00 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (84.44 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete (3.39 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (7700.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2" to 2" gauge (1925.0 P.Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (654.5 P.Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm (3850.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (245.6 P.Cft) The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, and laying of cement concrete paver blocks and surface drains as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located near Aftab Colony Ward 4 in Ghotki city. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable, active registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last five years, submission of bid security of 5%, and affidavit confirming no blacklisting. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 05th August 2026 at 09:00 AM. The original tender fee of Rs. 2000 and bid security of 5% of estimated cost must be delivered to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
