Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Musrat Mahar Devri Road Pump Street MC Ghotki

Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Musrat Mahar Devri Road Pump Street MC Ghotki. This tender is specifically for civil and water supply works in Ghotki, Sindh. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (1084 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (542 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to design profile (200 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (750 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height, 1/2" thick (1200 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (134.43 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete including cutting, bending, laying in position, making joints and fastenings (5.40 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (8800 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (2200 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (748 P.%Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours (4400 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (297.4 P.Cft) The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, earth filling, sub-base preparation, and paving block installation. All works shall be executed according to PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located in Ghotki, Sindh. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration where applicable, active NTN and SRB registration, sales tax registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and 5% bid security in form of call deposit. Blacklisted firms will be rejected. The bid validity period is 90 days. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS and original bid security and tender fee of Rs. 2000/- must be delivered before deadline. The deadline for submission is 05 August 2026 at 09:00 AM. Bids will be opened same day at 10:00 AM in presence of bidders or their authorized agents at Municipal Committee Ghotki office.
