Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Moosa Chowk to Shafi Muhammad Abbasi House Ward No.09 MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain from Moosa Chowk to Shafi Muhammad Abbasi house in Ward No.09. This project is located in Ghotki, Sindh and is being procured by the Municipal Committee Ghotki. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling with excavated earth (1002.70 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (501.35 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (185 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (693.75 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height, 1/2" thick (1110.00 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (86.96 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete including cutting, bending, laying, making joints (3.49 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (7400.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (1850.0 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (629.0 P.%Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm (3700.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (265.5 P.Cft) The technical scope includes civil works for surface drains and CC paver construction as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is in Ghotki and the project duration is 24 months. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration where applicable, active NTN and SRB registration, sales tax registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of 4 million PKR over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security. The bid validity period is 90 days. Earnest money of 5% of tender amount is required. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS and original bid security and tender fee must be delivered before the deadline. The tender opening will be held at the Office of the Municipal Committee Ghotki on 5th August 2026 at 10:00 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
