Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Muhammad Bux Chachar House to Shaikh Muhallah

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Muhammad Bux Chachar house to Shaikh Muhallah in Ghotki, Sindh. This procurement is managed by the Municipal Committee Ghotki and is open to firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (1219.50 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (609.75 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (225 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (843.75 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height, 1/2" thick (1350 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (86.96 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete including cutting, bending, laying in position (3.49 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (10800 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (2700 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (918 P.%Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm (5400 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (283.1 P.Cft) The technical scope includes civil works, surface drains, pipe laying, tube wells, pump houses, compound walls, and related construction activities as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located in Ghotki and the contract duration is 24 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration, FBR and SRB active registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, financial turnover of at least Rs. 4 million over last five years, and submission of 5% bid security. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically on EPADS and deliver original tender fee and bid security before the deadline. The tender fee is Rs. 2000 non-refundable. Earnest money is 5% of estimated cost in the form of pay order/call deposit. Bids will be opened on 5th August 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents. The contract includes a performance security of 10% of bid price valid for 24 months. Income tax and other applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules.
