Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Latifullah Mirani House to Adilpur Road Ward 5 MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain from Latifullah Mirani house to Adilpur road in Ward 5 of MC Ghotki. This project involves civil works including excavation, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, construction of standard open drains, pacca brick work, cement plaster, RCC work, and fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures (975.60 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge (487.80 P.Cft) - Construction of standard open drains with cement concrete (180 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth (675 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' height (1080 P.Sft) - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (134.43 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement (5.40 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor (7200 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course with stone metal 1-1/2" to 2" gauge (1800 P.Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (612 P.Cft) - Cement paving blocks flooring 197 x 97 x 60 mm (3600 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting and curing (251.3 P.Cft) The technical scope includes site preparation, sub-base course preparation, laying of CC pavers, construction of surface drains, and related civil works as per PWD/PHE specifications. The project duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, sales tax registration, relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last five years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security. The bid validity period is 90 days. The tender fee is Rs. 2000 non-refundable. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost is required in the form of pay order or call deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS and original instruments delivered before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is 05 August 2026 at 09:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:00 AM same day at the Office of Municipal Committee Ghotki. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
