Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Manzoor Chachar House to Ali Murad Chachar Ward No. 12 MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Manzoor Chachar House to Ali Murad Chachar Ward No. 12 MC Ghotki. The site is located in Ghotki and the work is to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable, registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) with active tax status, have relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, and demonstrate financial soundness with turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last five years. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted. The tender fee is Rs. 2000/- non-refundable. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Municipal Committee Ghotki.
