The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Lalo Pathan, Adv Agha Maqbool Ahmed Street to Muhammad Ameen Pathan Ward No 8. The site is at Lalo Pathan, Ghotki. The contract duration is 24 months with a liquidated damages clause of 0.35% of estimated cost per day of delay. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, sales tax registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of 4 million PKR over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and 5% bid security in form of call deposit. Bidders must submit an affidavit of no blacklisting. The bid validity period is 90 days.
